About Us
After serving as a journeyman, wireman, and general foreman in the industrial, commercial, and residential electrical construction industry from 1973 to 1992, Robert Donatelli founded Donatelli Electric in Sharpsville, PA. His reputation in the electrical field provided a significant jump-start to the new company and fueled its growth over the ensuing decades.
His two sons, Robert and Jeffrey, learned the craft from their father at a young age and went on to achieve their industry accreditations. Today, the brothers continue to expand their education in the electrical field while helping oversee management and operations of Donatelli Electric.

The DE Team
Robert A. Donatelli Founder/CEO
A lifelong resident of Mercer County, PA, Bob worked as an IBEW electrician for 20 years before launching Donatelli Electric in 1992. He is active in the community, serving as a board member of the Penn-Northwest Development Corporation, Vice-Chair of the Mercer County Industrial Development Authority, and as a representative to the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone. In 2020, he served as president of the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio & Western Pennsylvania, and has served as a Sharpsville Area School Board Director. He enjoys spending time with his wife Delores (Dee) and children Bobby, Mandy, & Jeffrey and their families.
Delores (Dee) DonatelliFounder/CEO
Bob’s wife, Dee is considered by the DE Team as a main reason for Donatelli Electric’s growth and success. Dee supported starting the company, while recognizing the hard work and sacrifices necessary in building a business from scratch. Besides the responsibilities that come with raising children, she was aware that respect and family values had to take top priority. Dee worked for First National Bank at the Hermitage office for 25 years assisting in branch operations and an administrative assistant. Today, as a wife and mother, she is extremely proud of what the family has achieved and remains an integral part of the company.
Robert J. DonatelliVP of Operations
At Penn State Shenango, Robert completed the two-year associate program. In 1992, he began his field education in the electrical trade working with his father on residential, commercial, and health care projects. Over the years Robert continued to gain knowledge in the electrical field in installations, management, design, and operations, including low-voltage cabling and testing. Over the years Robert has enjoyed giving back to his community by coaching baseball 25 years and basketball at all levels for his alma mater, Sharpsville High School. Robert is the proud father of two adult sons, Justin and Jaret.
Jeff Donatelli President
Jeff Donatelli is a 2005 graduate of Florida Southern College with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. He returned to the valley after graduation to become part of Donatelli Electric. In 2008 he was accepted into the IBEW Journeyman apprenticeship program, and upon completion of the program and becoming a Journeyman, he rejoined Donatelli. Jeff is married to his wife Melissa and they have two children Briella and Braden. Jeff is a Past President of The Builders Association. Currently he serves as the Vice President of the Farrell Italian Home. He has been named by Shenango Valley Chamber to 40 under 40 in the Shenango Valley and was the first inaugural class of the National Electrical Contractors Association - NEXT Generation Academy. Jeff is a member of the Future Leaders of Penn-Northwest Development Corporation along with involvement in the Home Grown Initiative
Amy Rhoades Executive Assistan /Office Manager
A graduate of Lakeview High School, Amy became a valued member of the Donatelli team in 2014. She is responsible for keeping Donatelli Electric’s business on track, overseeing accounts receivable and payables, payroll, correspondence, and compliance documentation. Amy resides in Greenville with her husband Brian, and are proud parents of their daughter, Shannon, who is serving our country in the United States Navy.
Anthony DianaElectrical Solution Specialist /Consultant
Anthony is a 1988 graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Since graduation Anthony has a 30+ year career in professional sales with such companies as Hershey Chocolate, Trade Fixtures, Canfield Industries, and his own consultant company; APD Management- which represented different CPG Sales Companies. Today he uses his degree to spread the work of Donatelli Electric and CurrentSAFE®, to help manufacturing owners with compliance, personnel safety & protection against business interruptions for their facility. Anthony is married to his wife Nancy, they have two children, Brittany and Brennan, and 3 grandchildren.
